We currently deliver all across Pakistan to homes, offices, or authorized drop points
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. During sales or high-demand seasons, it may take up to 8–10 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Don’t see it? Check your spam or junk folder just in case.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of PKR 250 on orders below PKR 4000. Orders above PKR 4000 ship free within Pakistan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD (cash on delivery), and other secure online payment options at checkout.
Are Zest tumblers compatible with hot drinks?
Most Zest tumblers, are designed to handle both hot and cold drinks thanks to their double-wall insulation and spill-resistant sip lids.
However, the Original tumbler comes with a straw lid, which is not recommended for hot liquids due to safety and comfort. It's best used for cold beverages.
Always check the product description to see whether a tumbler is hot-drink compatible.
How long do Zest tumblers keep drinks hot or cold?
Our insulation keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 18–24 hours.
What are Zest tumblers made of?
All Zest drinkware is made with BPA-free, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel. They're eco-friendly, durable, and built to last.
Does the tumbler come with a straw?
Yes! Every Zest tumbler includes a reusable stainless steel straw, no need to purchase it separately. It’s part of the complete experience, just like it should be.
